WHAT DOES IT COST?

Your Homeowner Loans Today application can be spread over a choice of repayment Periods from 3yrs to 25 yrs and you can select the Amount you want to pay monthly from the repayment guide.

FOR WHAT PURPOSE CAN THE LOAN BE USED?

There is no restriction on your loan. You may spend it on anything you wish. Whether it be a car, holiday, home improvements etc. or to pay off all your existing commitments - any Purpose you desire.

CAN I HAVE PROTECTION AGAINST ACCIDENT, SICKNESS OR REDUNDANCY?

Yes - life assurance is usually included free of charge (dependent upon plan chosen) but for a small extra charge your loan can be insured to cover you against accident, sickness and redundancy.

IS MY APPLICATION CONFIDENTIAL?

Yes - all applications are treated in the strictest confidence. We do not contact your employer or bank etc. without your permission.

After completion of your loan...

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I RECEIVE MY LOAN?

As stated previously we will do everything in our power to help you to remain a satisfied customer, therefore if you require any information or experience any problems please do not hesitate to contact our office.

WHAT IF I WANT TO BORROW MORE?
Simply send us a message online, or fill out another application with the Amount you require and full details will be given.

CAN I REPAY THE LOAN BEFORE THE STATED PERIOD?
Yes - the balance outstanding will be calculated and a full rebate on the outstanding balance interest will be given in accordance with the consumer credit act.

WHAT IF I MOVE HOUSE?

Simply pay the Amount required from the proceeds of your sale, in certain circumstances the loan may be transferred to your new property.
